Help with Clen dosages

The dosages for clen are confusing and i was wondering whether someone could help me?? I know that you are supposed to start at 20-40 mcg of clen and up it depending on your tolerance. I saw that the dosages come in .02mg. So how do i know how many i have to take. What is the converion from mcg to mg??

.02mg=20mcg. One tab equals 20mcgs. Start off pyramiding your doses and access your tolerance. 2wks on/2wks off with an ECA during your off weeks. Theres an informative thread in the 'Educational Forum' about clen .

yea i have all the info down from the educationals but i was not sure if .02 mg equaled 20 mcg

Yup, same thing...I'd start with 3 tabs a day (60mcg) and work your way up...

really? I havent ever used clen before and on the educationals it says do not exceed 40 mcg the first day?? so i was gonna start at 20 then move up from there
