    Help with cycle

    I have 200 TT TAB'S winny and a 20cc bottle of test suspension, how should i take both and is 200 tabs enough. looking to harden up a little. i started yesterday.

    200 tabs is plenty. they are the 10mg one's.
    Run them for 6 weeks. 50mg/day you should have enough for 40 days. and throw the suspension i there too youll get the results you are looking for. Ask around and see whats the best way to run suspension since its fast acting AS. Good luck bro.

    is the suspension oil or water based......

    did you say you started your cycle already, before knowing if you have enough....i hope you got advice from somewhere before you started.....
