    gear and heart rate(does yours go up)

    a friend has a normal heart rate of about 60 bpm reating,
    he started using test prop 600 mg a week and eq 500mg a week his heart rate us now 85 resting is this nornal?
    he is also using 20 mg a day tomoxifen

    Yes, steroids can affect your heart rate and blood pressure. If your friend is bulking, he's probably not doing much cardio, which would help increase his resting heart rate.

    I am finishing up my third week on a cycle, and my heart rate is up about 15 bpm, but my blood pressure is down 10/10.

    My first cycle, my heart rate was crazy. I couldn't sleep at all. Current cycle, so far so good.

    The heart rate will increase..bp is the thing to monitor 3 x ed..play it safe.......
