I was going to be doing a mostly test enth cycle with 120mcg clen every day. So do most of you go for like 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (using an eca stack during the off).

It probably is the most effective way to run it. That is the way I do it. Run it longer and the effects clen have on you diminish. That is why it is good to switch it out. Ephedra? Might have to look overseas but I think we have a couple months.

I do 2 on 2 off.
I've tried longer, the first time it seemed fine, and I couldn't figure out why you'd wanna quit after 2, then it seems everytime after that going longer was a waste like 50 said.
And the Ephedra thing is Not a done deal.
Though they DO make they rules as they go along, they have to prove in court that it has a definite and imminant negative effect before they can take it off the shelf since technically they have no jurisdiction on Herbs.
And the Ephedra backers will have big bad lawyers with Teeth frothing at the mouth from the thought of all that $$$ going down the drain.

You can use Clen ED with no break if you want as long as you use ketotifen with it. 1-3mg of ketotifen ed.
