Hey bro's....here's the story

I'm on Approx week 3 of fina/enathate cycle.....the prob is I'm gettin sick as a dog...I've heard fina can do this to some people....Is there anything I can do to prevent this or is it something I just have to put up with...I know the winter months must also play a factor in this too....Any ideas u bro's have is much appreciated....

P.S. Fina- 1.5 ml EOD (100MG strength)
