keeping gains
thinking of running a 10 wk test enanthate cycle...with proper pct and diet how much of my gains can i expect to keep...ive been told a test e cycle can yield upwards of 20-30lbs but wasnt clear on how much of that ill retain???

before someone bites your head off, do a few searches... like "first cycle" "newbie cycle" "pct" etc... you'll be busy for days...

Like you said bro it is all your diet, and PCT... On my test/dbol cycle i put on about 30lbs the first 4 weeks, held onto about 20lbs solid after PCT... If your diet falls off after your cycle, so will your gains...got to stay dedicated.. I would say at leat 15lbs you will hold onto if not more cycling test... you will lose a lil bit of size and a lil bit of strength regardless when you come off but the size is the water you're retaining and the strength will go down a lil cause your coming off the sauce... You will crash if you don't properly go thru PCT and you will lose **** near everything you gained..

PCT planned right down to the hours, Sleep A LOT, and Diet, Diet, Diet!
Beyond that, don't try and train like an Animal thinkin' you're giving it your all trying not to let it slip away, you won't have the Testosterone to support a training regime like that during that time.

Actually I do a test/dbol cycle. I gained 5,50 lbs in six days !

Well, I agree, but I want to add something extra. After my last heavy cycle I used 5000 IU HCG e5d in a combo with proviron or nolvadex . After this first PCT I added 2 weeks of clomid. This enabled me to keep my gains. I even gained more weight and strenght during my HCG-period. After this PCT I always use a natural stack of creatine (cell tech) and tribulus. This way I have never ever lost my increased strength.

all about diet bro. You have to keep your cals up during pct, make sure its clean food not mcd's
