Start your PCT 3 weeks after your last shot of Sustanon

Some say:

Keep Novladex on hand in case sings of Gyno Appear.

Other say:

Take 10mg to 20mg ED through-out the entire cycle thru PCT.

PCT:

Day 1: 300mg Clomid
Day 2-12 100mg Clomid
Day 13-21 50mg Clomid

Some People Do PCT for 28 days no matter what they took in their cycle, others take it for 21 days.

Its all a choice of "Personal Preference" and "What works best for U"


PCT IS A MUST THO... do not start your cycle untill you have your clomid and nolvadex on hand. Just a word of advice.

I like it a little heavier myself, but then I can't seem to do a cycle less than 16 weeks to save my life (Which very well may be the case some day) preferably 20-24.
I like HCG for one week every 6 weeks or so, about 500 IU ED, Nolva all the way, @ 10mg, starting 1 week before my 1st Test shot, then:
Clomid 300mg Day 1,
Then at least 100mg Day 2-28, and up the Nolva to 20mg, even 30-40 if my Nips are puffy.
Plus I like to add Tribulus, not only during PCT, but thoughout.
Also, if I run something hard on shutdown like Tren or Deca , and I love both, I'll run Clomid @ 150 from Day 2-14.
I've even been known to run the Clomid @ 50 til day 35 or so, then rest for a week, and HIT IT AGAIN!
