    Question Muscle Contractions

    Have weird question for ye here goes ever see after doing a certain part in the gym and when ye get home and your chillen out watching the tv and the particular part you've just trained is contracting all over the place, example, yesterday i hit my legs hard and last night and as i write this thread my legs are contracting all over it feels good but does anyone no why this happens just curious........

    its cramping, uncontrolled forceful contractions, drink more water and stretch after you work out and it'll go away

    happens to me after a bicep workout sometimes. i message out my bis and this helps alot!

    always happens to me after bi's. like if i bend my arm at an acute angle like im trying to touch my shoulder with my fingers, my forearm and bi's start twitching and kinda freezes. Actually a little bit of a problem str8ning my arm back out.

    It's called fasiculations, the contraction of individual motor units.

    It's a neural adaptation to training. Stretching and water will do nothing for it.

    It's a good thing not a bad thing.

    Happens allthe time mainly with back, and I drink 1-1 and a half gallons of water a day.

    I have this problem all the time especially doing a heavy cycle and intense training. I actually love it. Nothing like sitting there with your girl in a movie theater and your bi starts jumping. Seems to turn my woman on.. LOL...
