Hey to all

been doin research and askin around,

im 5'10" , 165lbs, 15% approx. body fat, eat a lot of food, fairly healthy, some junk is mixxed in from time to time but thats a 22 yr old for uundefined

work out off and on for over 4 yrs, recently been hittin gym a lot harder past 6 months, want to get bigger before summer and lose some pudge in my stomach

been told to just take deca for first time in a 10 week cycle
200mg weeks 1,2
400 mg weeks 3-7
200 mg weeks 8-10

friend did this cycle and looks real good , he also took sus a lil later on but i just want to stick with one for first time and if i make a good gain then just keep it with natural diet and workout plan

i dont want to take numerous cycles and just kinda wanna see what a cycle will do for me,

ANY suggestions or thoughts . . . . ? ? ?
