i just lost 18 lbs in 3.5 weeks.. im not joking and no muscle. t3/prop/clen . i am using 20 mg nolva so i dropped lots of water. i know it is 10 lbs of water + 8 lbs of fat. last tme i dieted i lost 25 in 8 weeks. but that was pure fat !
i dont know what it is about t3 but it burns fat like none other. my protein stays at 2 g/lb. lots of casein to stay anti-catabolic and 100 mg prop/ed.

This is not a good thing but I was at 280 at the end of oct. after one too many bulking stacks. Now I'm at 245 and I can tell I lost some muscle. I'll put it back on though

BTW I've been taking stacker2/L-carnitine/ala/cla/multi-vitamins/Vit-C/Bcaa/ Glucosamine/ chondroitin.
Mainly its my diet. 45-50 grams of protein every meal and my normal pwo and ppwo meals. I have skipped a lot of meals just out of depression and not really caring too so that would account for my losing muscle. I look good now though So I can start putting it back on.

i llost 25lbs in 2 months a couple years ago, burned alot of muscle (flat as a runner). after this cycle i plan on dropping some bf. with my fast metabolism it shouldnt be that hard!

Oh and that was preparing for a fight doing 4 hours of cardio a day (swimming, running etc..) so i think i lost a little muscle too.

Howdy,
I lost 20 lbs from Dec. 25, 2001 to Jan. 25, 2002. I used Mini-thin tablets. Started out a 2 twice a day. Ended w/ 4 tabs @ 5:30 am, 3 tabs @ 9am, 3 tabs @ 12 noon and 3 tabs @ 4pm. Plus I eat 200 grams of protein and 6 grams of aminos a day. This was all fat too. I also added 1/8" om my arms during this time, so I know I didn't lose any muscle mass.
