Lets say if you're taking like 1000mg/week, for arguements sake..... Would you still only do it 2x/week, or would it be best to split it to 3x/week or more?? Just curious because taking about 500mg each injections seems a lot, Im sure its been done and more but im just curious.

At that dose bro I'd go 3x a wk......actually it's ideal to go 3x a wk,but not neccesary.

This is why I don't see how you can get accurate calculations by going by days of the week. To get your actual use per week take the volume (like 250mg) divided by days between shots (divide by 2 for every other day or 3 for every third day, so on and so forth...) and then multiply by seven (days in a week). 250mg EOD is equal to 875mg every week...

500mg every 3 days would be (167mg per day multiplied by 7) 1167mg per week...

My first cycle I only injected once a week and saw fantastic gains. But with my 2nd cycle, I do split up the doses (Monday's & Thursdays).

Well it does make since. 2 injections a week will keep your levels alot more stable. I dont see where it would hurt having one a week but I am going to do what the more experienced bros tell me. So this morning bright and early I had my first 1cc shot of 200mg Test E.every 3 days. I was only doing 1 400mg shot every friday.

I'd suggest even amounts of time between shots as Warrior stated. EOD, E3D, E4D. If you do a Mon/Thurs split, you get a 3day/4day variation in administration
