Yes i started train 13. Now im 15.. ANd you cant even see ive trained.. must be something wrong here then
You say it takes years.. Ive seen people gained 20lbs on a 10 week cycle, and 20lbs changes the body extremely... You will look like youve trained then.. And 20lbs will take me at least 10 years to get naturaly

This is ridiculous, your endocrine system is hardly developed at 15. You're going through puberty, gains will be slow at first but as you get older they will increase. If you take steriods now you run the risk of:
Never growing another inch taller
Being sterile the rest of your life and never having kids
Being impotent
Having a surpressed natural testosterone and ending up on HRT the rest of your life.
You're 15 years old... Gains will come, I promise they will. Eat more, plain and simple and try changing your training routine. At 15 you dont need creatine, glut or anything else. Just food.

for gods sake you dont need aas!! you are only 15 and you only train 3 days a week. try training 5 days a week. something like this
mon- chest
tues- back
wed- legs
thurs- shoulders
fri- bi's tri's
When i was all i did was lift weights, but not until i was around 16 or 17 did i really notice resluts and put on lean body mass, this is because my body was finally developing all the way. From my sophomore year to senior year in highschool i grew about one inch and gained about 40 pounds. I learned how to eat right, train right, and sleep right. Just stick around and learn as much as you can.
I wish i knew about this board when i was 15.

Even though you have been at it religiously for 2 years, that is still a drop in the bucket if you are in this for the long term. If you really are serious about BB, then you gotta be patient and just look ahead, way ahead. I guarantee if you stick with it until 20, you will be stronger and bigger than almost all of your friends. Just eat, eat, eat and train. I understand your frustration because I started at 15 and didn't see results for at least a year. It takes time. We have no reason to lie to you.

As for the weight which your talking about, if it bothers you that much then do a little cardio during the week to try to shed some fat, another good way to get a little more definition would be to go a little bit lighter but in turn do more reps.
just remember to change up your routine every once in awhile (i do it about 8 wks then change) And another good thing for weightlifting in general is to drink a lot of water....i've read it will help you lose fat and also it keeps your muscle hydrated ....

LOL, i havent used the same routine for one year. I change things up every 6 weeks.

dude, your drinking 3 liters of milk a day, no wonder your getting fat. Try eating a little cleaner sources of protein(chicken breast, tuna, lean cuts of beef). Also throw in some cardio, at least you'll be cut not fat. Also what was your height/weight

When you are at school would you say you have a boner more than half of class or less than half of class? If the answer is less than half of class you may have low testosterone levels and might want to talk to a Dr. If your school has considerably ugly girls the results may be a little off.
