conversion ML to IU

What’s the conversion for ML syringe to IU like on a insulin syringe.



I have 3ml syringes and pins now need to find out how to convert to IU

if you are shooting anything on the IU scale, you need to get insulin pins, there i way too much room for error using a 3cc syringe

thought i would try a short insulin run. I will taker the advice and buy the insulin pins. I also read in the edu forum about...more or less screw up on the dose and die...that's kinda of a bad side
