Clen dosage

I have the .04 tabs of clen (200 tabs) and im not sure how many i should take per day and how long i should run it for and if i should run it with an eca stack?

Thanks for the info.. My only question now after reading the clen handbook is that in the handbook it shows for an example i should take 20mcg the first day now i only have .04mcg tabs that means i would need to take 500 tabs to get 20mcg am i just reading it wrong? here the site i got the handbook from

0.04mcg? are you sure? that dosage is nothing!
20mcg/tabs are the "standard" ones...
yours are probably 0.04mg (MG), equal to 40mcg (MCG), check it better!!! and before you take something, be sure about its contents 1000%

It's 0,04mg in tabs=40mcg.
