Finally ready with a cycle idea

been on this site for months prepping for my next (2nd) cycle and here it is:

1-8 deca 400
1-10 sust 500
6- 10 winny 50 ed
13-16 clomid ???

ive thrown this together with info from several different threads so here is my train of thought. sust as a base test (test greater than deca to minimize deca dick?) winny to keep down chance of deca gyno, clomid (PCT) three weeks after last shot of sust.

I'm still not sure how much/how often to take the clomid? Also, should I be taking some anti -e's during the cycle?

Thanks for all your help in advance. I've tried to do as the vets say and research before I post. I think i researched enough but feel free to flame my a** if you must.

first cycle: omna/winny no PCT: poorly planned cycle, gained a lot, lost a lot

Sounds stupid, but I'm just hoping to build some muscle here that I'll be able to keep and cut up later

day 12-21 50 mgs

Fot your cycle Nolv @ 10mgs ed and l-dex .25mgs ed....this will cover the bases.

If you want to run that combo I would change a couple things.

Run the winny 2 weeks past your sust so weeks 7-12 or 8-12 would be good.

As far as anti-es .25 of liquidex or 20mg of nolv a day would be sufficient. Run the Nolv all the way thru pct.

Run the pct 17 days after the last sust shot instead of 21 days. Other than that dosages look good.

start clomid 17-21 days after last shot of sust. day 1 - 300 mg then the next 10 days 100mg ED then the next 10 days 50 mg ED
run novla at 10mg ED and l-dex 0.25mg ED throughout your cycle and through PCT, up the novla to 20mg ED during PCT

keep some extra novla on hand incase you see signs of gyno and need to up the dosage during your cycle

start clomid 2 weeks after last shot of sust. day 1 - 300 mg then the next 10 days 100mg ED then the next 10 days 50 mg ED
run novla at 10mg ED and l-dex 0.25mg ED throughout your cycle and through PCT, up the novla to 20mg ED during PCT

You are suppose to start PCT 17-21 days after last sust shot, not 14 days. I think you got it confused with test e/cyp.

looks great, but you could even run the deca till week 9 or 10

Thanks for all the responses. This is a huge help and I'm glad I was able to make some sense of all this.

Clen is also available, can I run two weeks of it some where in this cycle to shed water, etc or should I wait on it?

Yes you can run clen once you start PCT. Search for the "clen handbook", it will tell you everything you need to know about it.
