Remember those Electronic AB Stimulators???

Hey Bro's
heres a Crazy Idea...

does anyone remember those electronic ad machines, that use electric impulses to stimulate the muscle...I was just thinking if you put something like that on the area where you injected to get a deep massage...not for muscle growth but the electric stimulation couses the muscle to contract and may help with the spread and absortion proccess, could help with making painfull injections less painfull. also I dont know if the electric impulse would do anything to the AS,

Please let me know if im F'in Crazy...just an idea...

if you hurt your knee, or elbow, or neck, or back..........

it will help...

i hurt my elbow.... playing racquet (sp) ball... 3 treatments.. no more pain...

that was 8 years ago.....

Seriously, a heat pad on the injection site would be better. You bring up a great point though. Those electrical stimulators could potentially work very well for stuff like test suspension or IGF-1 on site. there are studies that show low ultrasound and electrostimulation causes a slight permeabilization of the extracellular matrix (around muscle) and cause greatly increase the efficiency.
