    Milk Thistle

    Thanks Guys for the help, I am now taking reforvit in gelcaps 1/2 cc 2 times a day. Should i get some milk thistle? or if im only on it for 5 weeks will it matter?

    hey bro's regarding...doses...i got the 4,500mg kind and wondering how many i should take a day (i am guessing ony one right?)
