Normally gyno is associated with pain or swelling around the nipple area.I doubt if it is gyno if it is in the chest region maybe a tear or over worked muscle. When did you last work chest out and how long has the pain occurred for?

How about you do a search and..... FIND OUT!
Don't mean to be rude,... but there has to be like 25 threads at least with gyno related text.

it's possible to get it several weeks after a cycle, but it should be around the nipples and not the center of the chest.
