my pct

My currrent cycle is 600 mg's test/week. My pct is going to be as follows:
day 1: 300 mg clomid
day 2-30: 300 mg's clomid and .25 mg l-dex
day 31-37: 20 mg nolva and .25 mg's l-dex

My question is when should i start this? I have researched it and had some input from someone, cant remember who but the conclusion was to start it 3 days after my last test shot..... any thoughts?? Thanks Fuller

first off, here's how your PCT SHOULD look:

days 1-21 20mg nolva ED
day 1 clomid 300mg
days 2-11 clomid 100mg
days 12-21 clomid 50mg
you can run ldex too, but i don't really feel it's neccessary

in order to tell you when to start, i need to know what esther test you are using

SUS = Start PCT 3 weeks from last injection
Cyp = Start PCT 3 weeks from last injection
Enan = Start PCT 2 weeks from last injection
Prop = Start PCT 3 days from last injection

You will not need 30 days of clomid 21 will do fine but if you feel your not recovered then do the 30.

day 1: 300 mg clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25 mg l-dex
day 2-21: 100 mg's clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25 mg l-dex
day 22-28: 20 mg nolva and .25 mg's l-dex

you dont need to run the liquidex through pct, but if you want to go ahead,
enan 2 weeks after last shot
sust/ cyp 3weeks after last shot

ldex is supposed to block the conversion... I guess since there is no new testosterone being injected, the conversion rate is very low, and therefore some bros don't think it is necessary to take ldex.

Pheedno posted this a few months ago and this is why I started using L-dex in my PCT. This study was done with Letro, both letro and L-dex have the same mechanism of action so it's applicable.

The effect of aromatase inhibition on male gonadotrophin and sex steroid concentrations is illustrated in the paper by Trunet et al. (1993): 2.5 mg letrozole suppressed plasma oestradiol concentrations to less than 50% of pretreatment after 2 days, with recovery to approximately pretreatment values after 6 days.
