3months no juice, shock then juice?
Hey gang,
been off a mild cycle for 3 months, but have been exercising regularly, should i take say a week off from the gym before starting my next cycle? or should I not stop working out and get back into the gear? whats best?

If you feel you need the week then take it..... ti's not going to kill you.... if not then keep training and run the gear.

The gear will be shock enough but its good to take a week off here

ok, tks. I've got test enan 250(20cc) + test prop 100(20cc) + zambon winny50(60 amps) ans ofcourse i will get clomid for PCT
I was thinking of throwing something else in there, but i have always done very mild dose cycles, never 500mg of test a week. I might want to do 500mg of test along with somehthing else.
as always any advise please .

it's best to start your cycle when you have everything else running top notch....training,diet,sleep patterns...if you feel you need a week off then by all means take it.some times you just feel so run down thats the only way to rejuvinate yourself.but i would get back into gear for a week or 2 before i started a cycle....goodluck bro

great. tks guys, I'm taking the week off from the weights, even if i dont start my cycle, but i need the rest.

Did you fully recover from last cycle? Did you follow up on your last cycle with clomid and/or nolvadex ? If so and your feeling good... keep training hard into your next cycle. Your body will tell you when it needs a rest.

i like to take a week off every 3 month whether on a cycle or not, it just is good to give your body a full weeks rest
