Clen dose?

What is a good dose for clen ? The tabs are 0.2mg. How many mg's would be good a day?

Do a search, you'll find all the info you need bro. Run it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off like this:

Day 1: 0.4mg
Day 2: 0.6mg
Day 3: 0.8mg
Day 4: 1mg
Day 5-10: 1.2mg
Day 11: 1mg
Day 12: 0.8mg
Day 13: 0.6mg
Day 14: 0.4mg

is clen an appetite suppresant, i understand its used to lose fat but if you were on a bulking cycle and wanted to lose some fat around the abdominal section could you run clen? so my question is does it make not hungry? thanks

ok, so .2 is 20mcg?

I don't know what the conversion from mcg to mg is, so thats why I asked.

ok the tabs are 0.2mgs, so I guess i'd have to cut them in half to meet the doses I need?

Aren you sure they are not .02mg? What kind are they?I have never seen a 200mcg clen tab. You need to start at 20mcg a day and ramp up or the sides are going to be pretty bad. I personally get the .04mg tabs and theese are the biggest I have seen.
