Herbal?

Does anyone know of any herbal supplements that will reduce water retention? Also what should I take to help combat acne?

If you're worried about acne on AAS then might as well not mess with it cause its probably gonna happen. My shoulders are broken out off cyle and i'm about to start tren /prop. If those soaps don't work, like they don't for me, try startin off with some antibiotics and finding a good derm. Retin A, differin gel, etc........they seem to work well for a lot of people.
