help with appetite

im in week 6 of sustenon and deca cycle and feeling somewhat ill. im not geting good gains due to poor appetite. i have gained 9 lbs and that was in the first couple of weeks. any sugestions on how to improve appetite would be appreciated. smoking weed is not an option due to random drug tests at work.

You might want to try B-12 shots.They pick up my hunger when I'm not feeling I want to eat as much.

Maybe not for him. My stomach is always upset while on cycle, but you just gotta force feed yourself, eat a bit slower if thats what it takes, but just get it all in there.

yet another reason why everyone should choose eq over deca , it makes you hungry as DB on B12

Try eating smaller meals, and eating more often. When it comes down to it, sometimes you just have to force yourself to eat.
