When to throw in nolva, L-dex, and proviron

Running:
weeks 1-4: fina 75mgs/eod
weeks 1-10: enantate 400mgs/weekly
weeks 1-10: winny 50mgs/eod

Now my question lies in the PCT:
Running clomid is a given, but when should I throw in nolva, L-dex, and proviron .

i run nolva and ldex through out the cycle, if your using ldex, you don't need proviron , if your talking about pct, run 20mg nolva from days 1 through 21, if you want, you can add ldex at .25mg ED for the same time period, but i don't think it's needed

Thats what I was wondering, I was told from a friend that the dosages are not too harsh, so the l-dex might not be needed at all.
