ordered my gf some vit b complex shots and her parents ---

found out i ordered her needles and syringes and they were like its froma veterinary website...what should i tell her mom when i talk to her she hates me...

here was the situation my girl wanted to take vit b complex pills so i told her shots would be more effective if she took them...

i need evidence or studies or somethign from you people like a convincing argument to help me out in my escapade why this isn't bad for your body to take these shots....

It says vitamin right on the box...tell them its vitamins. No need to lie ya know. I am sure if you do a search through yahoo or google you can find a nice article by some sort of doctor or researcher about it.

Use the syringes and needles to draw the b12 out of the vial, and then squirt the b12 into an empty O capsule. The needles are just for drawing up and measuring in this case.

Telling them you are doing things this way turns it into a glorified vitamin in which you can control the dosing.

vit-b complex is the same as b-12 right?

B12 alone isn't bad....the B complex ....is. B12 is approximately less than 90% absorbed orally vs injection.

B12 does many things.....benefits the nervous system, immune system, it's important in RBC formation and DNA synthesis.

More imortantly, we take it for its ability to increase appetite and give a nice boost of energy.
