I'm just curios if there's any over the counter supplements to help me prevent gyno in any way. I've been lucky the doc prescribed me with what I wanted. So I shouldn't push too hard at this moment.

Also, what's the steps to take anything to prevent this? Is it during the cycle or after the cycle?
