How much and how often do you have to use it for this to occur. And, is it permanent??

IMO you would need to be using 500iu everyday for at least a month. i have never heard of this happening. Bearing in mind we would never use it that often and for that long anyway. i use 500iu every weekend throughout my cycle just keeps the boys in tack, this allows for a much easier recovery throughout PCT.
