    When the heat is on...

Hey guys, have a question about working out in high temperatures -- I live in a tropical country, it's summer now and temperatures can soar to 35 degrees (celsius) and higher in the city. It's hot AND humid most of the time. I'd like to know if these conditions would have any negative effects on the gains I'm making. I'm currently going through a bulking cycle and weigh 205 (am 6 ft tall). I also tend to sweat a lot (more than a lot of people) and have to drink a lot of water to compensate.

    Thanks.

    Yaz

it might afect it as in geting rib of sub q water, but as long as your not dehydrating, of getting poor workouts from the heat then youl be fine i would think

On behalf of all of us freezing up here in cold climates...FU!

Seriously, keep the water intake high. If you sweat alot normally, just wait until your on gear.
