I think most people recommend 1000mgs a day. Do a search there are plenty of posts on B6.

200mg/day for prevention and 200mg 3x/day to treat symptoms. I assume you're running test with deca . If so, using adequate anti e's will help to make you less susceptible to gyno caused by deca, tren , etc too.

prog/prolactin-related gyno really occurs in the presence of higher than normal estrogen levels, so treating for the estrogen is an indirect way to prevent/treat prog/prolactin-related gyno. B6, because it's cheap and safe, is something you should use no matter what though.

I think if I got symptoms I would take 300mg 3x a day... any negatives to taking too much?

Very good post, all the research I have accessed on this topic confirms this notion.
