For bulking bro, I would try to get at least 1.5.
Remember, you're BULKING. The more you eat, the more you will grow.
And definetlely eat as much as you can if you are juicing.
All the best bro!

well.. bro 1 gram per every pound is good.. that what I'm having...
I weight 270lbs right know with just over 10% bf and Im eathing around 250grams of proteins every day !
I don't beleve in eating until you puke.. like 500g ed !!! Half o kilo protein.. !!! Wow.. that will probeble turn into fat.. (not probeble, it will)..
You will only **** it out.. goes in one way.. and get out one way..
But that's me.. most of the bro's here belives in the 2g per pound theory.. i don't..
But you will notice that.. if you gain good.. don't eat more and get fat !!
(dam.. my spelling sucks.. sorry bro's)

This one keeps coming up again and again. I've done a lot of research into how much protein you should eat.
The US recommended daily intake of protein for an average adult male is 0.8g per kg of body weight.
Research has shown that a bodybuilder builder requires an increased protein intake, roughly double the recommend daily intake for an average adult male - 1.6g per kg of body weight. It is also worth pointing out that studies show that an athlete's body is able to make better use of the protein consumed.
So, a bodybuilder weighing in at 200lbs (91kg) and not taking steriods should consume 145g of protein.
I am yet to find any studies or research papers that make recommendations as to the protein intake required by a bodybuilder while on a steriod cycle so I came to my own conclusions in that regard. I reckon you don't need to double the recommended protein intake while you are on the gear, but you obviously need to take a little more protein than usual. I simply rounded up to 250g per day - which for me is a little more than 1g per lb of body weight.
One final note. Any intake of protein over and above what the body requires (or above the recommended daily intake while not taking steriods) is a waste of time and money. Consuming additional protein DOES NOT encourage the body to grow and puts unnecessary stress on the kidneys.

I take in more now, but was always told atleast 1g per pound was sufficient.

IMO you should eat 1-2 grams for your target weight......for instance if you weigh 220 and you wanna weigh 250 i would get atleast 250 grams of protein......only my opinion though....
