    Can you get gyno without a lump or nipple sensivity?

    If I don't have a lump behind my nipple and I am not feeling nipple pain or sensivity does that mean my estrogen levels are ok and I won't get gyno? Or can you get gyno even without the warning signs???

    no you will have lump / sensivity... my nipples are always puffy its just how I store body fat in my chest....but if I get cold and everything tightens up the puffyness goes away. Just how I was born. Doesnt mean you have gyno if they are puffy

    Iam in the same boat my chest is not that puffy but I do have a little extra fat in the chest.
    As soon as I take off my shirt Iam fine

    yah bro...when you drop your bodyfat the puffiness will go and also the fact that some of it is water. My nipples have always been puffy....not lumps are anything. I just for some reason hold extra fat on my cest rather than other spots... dont know
