    How do you advance from being a newbie?

    i was just how long, or how many posts you have to post before not being a newbie anymore. i don't know if someone has to ok it or whatever, probably a mod but i was just wondering. thanks fellas

    there is no time limit, you can be on the board for a year and only make 30 posts, or you can make 50 posts in two days and become a junior member

    The real judges are the Mods and those who maintain the site as these people have ultimate power and reward people accordingly. Just last week Einstein was given his role on the board due to his extensive knowledge of peptide hormones. This type of situation can only benefit us all.

    Those in charge know those who are solely looking at increasing their number of posts and those who can impart valuable information.

    I think everyone gets frustrated my those who post the first question that comes into their head, usually regarding something that can be found at the bottom of the page or one or two pages back.

    the point is creating a group where people can have fun.. share knowledge, and grow together....
