    What is this and where do you get it from. Any help would be great

    Some of the big boys in my gym have just started taking it...Basically flax oil and some other stuff....i'll find out where to get it...

    Udo's is KING!...it contains flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, medium chain triglycerides (mct), evening primrose oil, soy lecithin, rice bran and germ oils, oat bran and germ oils, and tocotrienols.

    Yup, but that's intentional. Somewhere around a 2:1 ratio of omega-6mgega-3 is optimal.
