I have been reading alot, and I wanted ton know if 300mg/wk of Test Enanthate will show some decent results for a first cycle. Thanks

Yea, running Enan @ 300mg for about 10-12 weeks will give you some good results depending on your diet and intensity of workouts.

If this is your first...there is a large school of thought that says you will gain well at 300mg's....it's later that your body will require more and different compounds to force gains.

I think it would be wise to err on the side of caution...see what is does and you can always add more at your 2nd cycle. JMO

The half life of even the longer esters dictates slightly more.
With Enanthate and Cypionate being roughly just hours apart (Both around 4.5 days)
First Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: 200-250mg E4D
At 200mg E4D, you'd be slightly less than 400 per week (due to the lost day with 2 shots coming every 8 days instead of 7)
This is widely agreed to be fairly optimal for a first cycle. If you weigh near the 200lb mark, I'd go 250mg E4D.

If you are light, say less than 180, you may be happy with a light dose like this, but the important thing is to nail your half lifes. Keeping Blood Levels consistent is key.
So if you do run this low of a dose, I would suggest you split your shots into 2 150mg shots E4D.

Ya know those guys that have a separate Weed Eater just for their back?
And they have a special Dremmel bit for their Nose and Ears??

Yes, I was planning on taking 150mg on mondays and 150mg either thursdays or fridays. Thanks for the help.
