What should I start on? (young, new...)

Hey, I'm looking to gain some bulk and get stronger, and I want to know what I should go on to do that. Im 18, skinny (5'10 141lbs) and inexperienced in this. I know i'm kind of young, but I still want to try. What would be the best thing for me with minimal side effects and a niec increase in bulk and strength? Right now I only work out like twice a week, and im still new to it, but i'd like something to help me out.

    Thanks

First of all I would suggest you get a few years under your belt at the gym and a good amount of muscle before you start.

You need to build a foundation on that body first. And get a solid diet and training program together. Before you know it 3 years will have passed and you could start to think about steroid use then.

creatine and if youre thinking of steroids at 18 it is a seriously bad idea. Wait until you are atleast 20-21 until you are done growing or you may hinder growth spurts and cause permanent irreversible damage to your body including a chemical inbalance due to the introduction of unnatural high levels of test into your plasma. You will hinder the growth plates.

I wonder if creatine is bad for your heart because of the water retention?

the water retention is minimal....... for me i dont bloat at ALL off creatine. Creatine is one of the most safe effective muscle builders, add some glutamine, protein powder, and a mulit vitamin and you;ll be set.

I personally don't like creatine. It's the only thing that's every effected me. I have bad diahorhrea for the first few days and after 5 months I had pains in my heart and got strange palpatasion from it. I went to the doctors because it was beating was eraticaly and speratically but that is just my own personal experions with it and I've never heard of anyone else suffering these symptons from it.

Excuse the spelling. I left school at 16. LOL

What kind of creatine Bro.? Cheap stuff will give you the runs but any good brand name s/b no problem.

Stealth big, WAIT three years then think about it. Research closed growth plates and testosterone serum levels in teens. Dude you've got more test in you right now than some guys on juice.(well maybe I'm exaggerating).
Seriously, At 18 your test levels are super high. Build some mature muscle before turning to the darkside.

Hey guys, I'm on dial up so I replying to a post that you probably read, wrote , answered and ignored before I even read it.LOL

Liquid form works best for me. The tabs sometimes made my stomach upset.

If you going to use creatine bro, do not use liquid form or tabs IMO they both suck, use the regular powder.
