Just got 40lbs...Decided to try Strawberry this time (years of Choc/Vanilla) taste good..'course I put in Low carb Yogurt, Bananas, Mango etc etc... egg whites, and an assortment of juices.
Gas? yeah, fart like a Geothermal Plant for the first 4-5 days, but it's all good now, just took time to adjust.
