Hi, I am planing a test enant 10 week cycle of 250mg E4D and would like to know what I should use to avoid bitch tits or gyno if I am correct?

Several methods can be administered to subside nipple irritation, inflamed mammory glands or gyno. Using nolvadex 10mg ED to keep estrogen levels in check or run nolvadex at 60-80mgs ED if symptoms arise until subsided. Also, armidex or ldex is an anti-aromatizer and can be administered along with nolvadex. Some users paranoid about side affects of gyno run nolva 10mg ED along with ldex .25mg ED right into PCT and up the dosages. There also is another product called proviron which acts as an anti-armotizer and estrogen blocker same time. For most users a simple nolvadex on hand with clomid waiting for PCT is typical and more than necessary. Good luck.

yes, if time permits, try it at say 8.00am on monday morning,then again 8.00pm on thrs. evening. This way it is every 3.5 days.

guys...now you've got me wondering...some of you say enanthat E4D others say E3D and now E3.5D?? Has anyone seen a difference between doing a cycle E4D and a cycle E3D of enanthat? Is there much difference at all?

Balex, doesn't matter as long as the administration is consistant not spiked. E3D or E4D is good. Of course with the closer injections E3D you will overlap your levels and rise higher but this can be achieved with E4D as well just not as high of test levels. It's your choice on how crazy you want to get with your test levels. Some users of Test E on AR suggest administration every monday and thursday through out a cycle but this causes spikes and that's not exactly what you want. Enanthate is a single ester test that is capable of keeping cosistant levels with just a once a week shot. So again its up to you what you decide.
