2nd cycle just need some opinions

im looking for opinions on my 2nd ever cycle

STATS:

6'6" 238 lbs 10%bf

on my first cycle i got up to about 275 up from 245 i was on 400mg test e 400mg deca weekly, 25mg dbol ed for 4 weeks


this is my current outllok on my next cycle

test cyp....600mg/week 1-10weeks
eq.......400mg/week 1-10 weeks
dbol.....30mg/ed 1-3weeks
winny.....50mg/ed 4-10weeks

anti-es:
liquidex...1/2-1ml....ed or proviron ....50mg....ed

nolva.....10mg....ed

and of course pct with clomid
ill be trying to get around 400+grams of protien and carbs 50-100g efa

so crituque away guys....

You will need to extend the cycle because your going to run EQ.

I would bump the d-bol up to 40mg ED because of your weight.

On anti-e's it's your choice.... but the l-dex/nolva combo will keep water and sides away just as good as provirion...... but go with whatever will be cheaper for you to run

Just one question what happend to all the weight you gained from your last cycle and how long ago was it?

1 - 4 D-bol 40mg ED
1 - 12 Cyp 500mg wk
1 - 12 EQ 500mg wk
10 - 15 Winny 50mg ED
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 1 days after last Winny injection/dose
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

it was about a year ago and i cut down just about month ago to about 235 at 8% bf from 255 lbs 15%..... i had put on alot of fat weight i think bc the diet just wasnt the best it was a i see it i eat it type of diet....ive learned my lesson that quantity is not as good as quality....

it looks ok i guess nothing really wrong with it other then that ur amount of dose for dbol should b increased if i where u id go wit about 45mg of d-bol thanks preetz
