cobaforte (b12) to increase appetite, how much?
ive bought cobaforte (cobamimide or vit. b12) 2,5mg/caps coz i want to increase my appetite!
how much of it do i have to take? do i have to take it ED or "x-times"/wk?

I use injectable B-12 for the fact it's absorbed into your system real well.All the studies I've read on B-12 state that if your taking it orally,you need to double the prescribed dose for it to be effect.And ed is the way to go.

i dont have a prescribed dose, bro
i just bought some pills to try the effects... so how much do you think should i take?
2pills ed? seems a lot!!!

Actually, oral B-12 is only about 10% bioavailable. I wouldn't even bother. Sorry. About 500mcg ED or EOD is pretty good (injectable).

500mcg is 0,5mg, right?
so if i take 2x2,5mg ed (or eod) and if it is true that oral is only 10% of the injectable form), if i take 10 times more i will be "more or less" takin a standard dosage!
is this correct?

hey bro, 4-5 euro every 10 days, isnt such a big expense!
you probably right... im sure youre right, but i wont die for this waste...
ill try anyway for couple of weeks and then go for the injectable form to see differences!!!
