What is going to help me throw harder? not experienced in this field. I took a 10 week cycle of test last year and gained 3 miles an hour on my velocity. What steroids should i take that is specific to helping throw harder. Something specific to fast twitch muscles. I am looking for info from an experienced user that has history in atleast college baseball or someone that is knowledgable in the subjects. I do not have testing so i am trying to use to help me transfer to a better D-1 college after this year at a community college.
