dude, you need to track your body fat, weight, chest and waste sizes... etc... then update over time... i'd love to see as i'm thinking of doing a clen/t3 cycle next
yea, i've been tracking on paper, just working on putting it on this blog i tend to do the "mirror" test, less about numbers and more about how it looks i'll either put up pics or numbers for you. i'm not doing t3 though, just 3g taurine and clen, and keto starting day 15
