To answer your question, yes and no. DoD will test for basic know chemcials, ie. THC and opium - a drug further refined into morphine and heroin. However, they can conduct a specialized test for test on probable cause. Best way to avoid it, get to know your drug piss admin guy real well. But, if you piss hot, you are able to request another test, this could by you up to five days after your first test to become clean. If one test show neg. they will drop the issue. If both pop hot, you are able to ask for rehab which by law has to be provided to you. Just tell them a good really good reason why you started, ie. pre- and post-traumatic stress due to today events in the world. Hope this helps. Served as an officer.
