Day 17 - Food cooking day

Greetings,
My rotating diet is rotated every five days which makes it so I can cook for five days at a time. Very convenient and keeps the food fresh for the duration in the fridge. This time I am eating eggs, chicken, veggies, peanuts, peanut butter and a protein shake. Today was a Triceps and Biceps day but simply did not have time for any Cardio today. Just not enough time in the day. Must admit I feel a bit demotivated today. Just a lot of big decisions coming up in the next month or so and it is starting to interfere with my focus. I'll just push through and it will get better.
