Day 25 - Back day and diet update

Greetings,
Today I set a new record in deadlift, 88kg (193lb). I did once lift 160kg (352lb) but honestly, that I still have a back after that lift with such horrible form is quite amazing (I recorded myself). I decided to lower weight to almost nothing and start-over to make damn sure form was perfect on deadlift and now, it is.
My new way of eating, I am talking about the order here, is the best thing I have ever done. I feel full and satisfied at night and slightly hungry during the day which is not a problem as I am staying busy. I doubt I will have this problem during bulking but considering doing the same setup then.
