Day 37/38 - Getting through the day

Greetings reader,
It is currently taking every ounce of willpower to stay on course. I am constantly playing with my diet plan in Google Docs and if needed I am ready to switch to another approach if the numbers are still as bad this week. My new approach would be 6 days of low-carb and 1 day of high-carb and with a higher calorie value. I will detail this in another post if it becomes reality. Right now, I am trying to get through the day without swallowing my iPhone.
