Day 50 - diet breakdown in grams

Hello,
My current diet is a fairly insane Keto test and I figured I would detail it here. Remember I have a carb-up day once per week (The weeks where someone do not have a birthday that is). This is what my current diet looks like when broken down:
Breakdown - in grams Fat Carbohydrate Protein Breakfast 13.2 1.6 8.3 Morning Snack 26.4 3.2 16.6 Lunch 3.4 3 41 Afternoon Snack 14.788 3.324 6.24 Dinner 33.088 2.464 74.088 Night Snack 43.7 2.32 25.02 134.576 15.908 171.248
As we can see the carbs are below 16g which is fairly crazy. Seems to be making a huge difference though considering last week's dramatic body fat drop. Each day look exactly the same so nothing changes.
I'll detail my carb-up on Sunday when I am doing that one as this is, finally, a normal weekend that I can control.
