Dear reader,
Ever since I read this experiment where they put Olympic Gymnasts on an extreme Keto diet for 30 days to see if it affects performance (It did not btw) I have been wanting to try this. I will be implementing a new diet starting tomorrow and going for 14 days and adding 100mg/ed of Clenbuterol. I know T3 is suppose to be better but this is what I have on hand. Due to the extreme nature of this Keto Diet I am doubling my Vitamin dose and of course adding Taurine.
This is what my diet for the next 14 days look like:

I realize this looks kind of insane but hey, I am in this game to see how different foods affect my cutting and how it makes me feel and I want to know if this will work better for me.
Supplements - each day
Chromium: 800mg
Synephrine: 30mg
EGCG: 600mg
Clenbuterol: 100mg
PWS
Whey Protein: 50g
Creatine: 20g (10g am and 10g pm)
L-Glutamine: 10g
Taurine: 5g
I will post my daily totals each day but if they actually change at all it means I did not follow my plan 100%
