B-Complex??
What's up guys. I am a pitcher in college right now and I heard that injecting B-Complex can help recovery time and take away soreness. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this or had any more info for me. Thanks guys!

If you are a pitcher in college, ask your trainers what is best for recovery and soreness.

Injecting B-12 does this...I know alot of Pro guys that do this for their arms, and when trying to come back from injury.

I have heard the same thing, a dominican pitcher I knew would shoot this to aid him in injury and to improve recovery time. B-12 is known for giving you a boost of energy so I believe this works. However, im not sure on accurate dosages

Thanks guys, I wish I knew the correct dosage. Another Q, is the B Complex you can get from a vet place the same stuff?

Is shooting it that much more effective than taking it orally? Any ideas on how much you would have to take orally to aid in recovery from injury?

shooting is more effective by far..big difference I feel on it is energy and increased appetitite

Anybody know if injecting B-12 is legal? Do organizations test for it?
I know of teams in Canada injecting their players with it...apparently completely legal there.
