Lost My Jumping
Before working out I was a mere 5'5 108lb kid dunking every once in a while if i was lucky. Fifty pounds later I find my athleticism lost. Whats a great leg workout that can help me regain or even increase my jumping ability?

why should i loose some weight? it's quality mass i worked hard to pack on. i never have worked out my legs, thats the only problem.
