Tendonitis
Does anybody know how I can get rid of Tendonitis of the elbow quick?

aww man i know how you feel. I would also like to know how in the hell to get rid of it. As of right now i ice it down for 10min that makes the pain go away. I just can't stand the thought of laying off of the workouts though. I think the key factor is time bro.

i think it will always be present. its just a question of how easily it is aggrevated and how much it hurts. I have it in my right elbow, and when the pain hits, it runs down my forearm and up into my upper-arm. I've been told not to throw within 24 hours of lifting weights. i wait at least 2 days after doing weight training on my arms before i do any plyos for upper body or throw any balls.

tendinitis
As a former college baseball player, i battled tendinitis all the time. I would STEM and ICE everyday after practice/games and take ib profin all the time. Other than that there is no way to get rid of it especially in the elbow.
